Check out all the color/design options here Stretch & Reflect with Jenn L Sunday December 4th 5:00-6:15pm $20 ($18 members)A yin yoga class especially designed for deep tissue release, improve mobility, flexibility and increase blood flow. Poses will be held for 2-5 min and practiced seated on the mat, using props to access them and to accommodate all levels of flexibility. This is a deep slow paced practice that can get you into a peaceful state of relaxation right away with the help of calming breath techniques and guided support.
