Jenn Dillon – Owner/Manager

Jenn started practicing yoga at home as a teenager, but then had trouble making the time and space for it in the years that followed. In January 2015, while stuck at home during a snow storm, she decided to roll out the old mat and look for some yoga on Youtube, and discovered “Yoga with Adriene”. From that day on she was hooked, making yoga a regular part of her life.  Once she began taking classes in a studio, she fell in love with the feeling of being in a yoga studio and practicing with others, and the dream of creating one of those spaces began.
She received her 200 hour teaching certification in January 2018 from Frog Pond Yoga in Princeton MA, and is also certified in prenatal yoga and a Reiki Master.   She enjoys sharing the infinite benefits of yoga, with a blend of hatha and energetic vinyasa flow as well as relaxation and stretching.
Jenn lives in Leominster with her fiancé, their son, dog and two cats.  She enjoys spending her free time hiking and kayaking, and also works full time as an office manager at an equine veterinary practice.

Tyri Hampton

Tyri grew up playing sports his entire life and didn’t know it back then but yoga has always been an important part of his life. Along with sports of course came the multiple injuries and deterioration in mobility. The physical pain is first what motivated Tyri to adopt a yoga practice. He has been practicing yoga now for 2-3 years now and it has transitioned from more than just physical activity, it has become a spiritual and holistic journey of self discovery. Yoga came into his life at the perfect moment: a time where he was rediscovering and reconnecting with himself. He completed his 200-hour yoga teacher training with Yoga Renew in 2022, and enjoys strengthening, relaxation, breath work and body awareness. With teaching yoga he hopes to help guide others into balance and connection.

Lindsey Calhoun

After suffering a back injury at the age of 16, Lindsey was recommended to start practicing yoga by a physical therapist. Soon after her first class, Lindsey knew what was missing from her life. Not only did it dramatically increase her mobility, but also decreased the pain associated with the accident and injury. As a wonderful bonus, it also helped her tame the life long struggle with anxiety. Practicing yoga was something that soothed her body, mind, and soul.
With increased curiosity about the yogic history and lifestyle, Lindsey took a course in college about the philosophy of yoga. It was then that she wanted to become a yoga teacher and dive below the surface of just the physical practice. In the summer of 2018, Lindsey received her RYT 200 from Common Ground Yoga, which at the time was Elements3 Yoga. In the fall of 2018 she received her Aerial Yoga teaching certification from the studio as well. Lindsey‘s style of teaching includes breathwork, body awareness, Reiki healing, and the idea of practicing yogic philosophy on and off the mat. Lindsey is a yoga teacher hoping to help others find balance and peace within themselves.
