Jenn Harrison – Owner/Manager

Jenn started practicing yoga at home as a teenager, but then had trouble making the time and space for it in the years that followed. In January 2015, while stuck at home during a snow storm, she decided to roll out the old mat and look for some yoga on Youtube, and discovered “Yoga with Adriene”. From that day on she was hooked, making yoga a regular part of her life.  Once she began taking classes in a studio, she fell in love with the feeling of being in a yoga studio and practicing with others, and the dream of creating one of those spaces began.
She received her 200 hour teaching certification in January 2018 from Frog Pond Yoga in Princeton MA, and is also certified in prenatal yoga and a Reiki Master.   She enjoys sharing the infinite benefits of yoga, with a blend of hatha and energetic vinyasa flow as well as relaxation and stretching.
Jenn lives in Leominster with her husband, their son, dog and two cats.  She enjoys spending her free time hiking and kayaking, and also works full time as an office manager at an equine veterinary practice.

Marie Aboujaoude

Marie believes that yoga is not a workout, yoga is a work in.  She has been practicing for 16 years in many different yoga styles, including Hatha, Vini, Ashtanga, Centergy and Vinyasa, as well as a daily 10 minutes of breathing techniques for peace and calm.  In June 2020 Marie completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training from Diane Featherstone at Frog Pond Yoga Centre.  She enjoys motivating, guiding, and inspiring new students, customizes yoga classes to support and benefit individuals, and works with students of all fitness levels.  Her love for yoga guides her to help others and show the physical and mental benefits of yoga.  Show up to class once and you will fall in love with yoga.

Carolyn Kogut

Carolyn is a certified Hatha 200hr yoga teacher and has been practicing yoga for over 20 years. She was introduced to yoga in college. Carolyn (Ms. Kogut) was a LHS high school art teacher (MAE) for over 33 years, and is now working full time in Framingham teaching Yoga & Art at a Therapeutic school for boys.

Yoga has helped her manage anxiety and back pain as well as encourage her to live an ethical and compassionate life. She believes yoga is more than just the poses on the mat; it’s a lifestyle. She tries to incorporate yoga philosophy into all aspects of her life. She has experience with Power Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, and Yin Yoga. An eternal student, she is always learning something new and is excited to share that knowledge in her classes.

Tyri Hampton

Tyri grew up playing sports his entire life and didn’t know it back then but yoga has always been an important part of his life. Along with sports of course came the multiple injuries and deterioration in mobility. The physical pain is first what motivated Tyri to adopt a yoga practice. He has been practicing yoga now for 2-3 years now and it has transitioned from more than just physical activity, it has become a spiritual and holistic journey of self discovery. Yoga came into his life at the perfect moment: a time where he was rediscovering and reconnecting with himself. He completed his 200-hour yoga teacher training with Yoga Renew in 2022, and enjoys strengthening, relaxation, breath work and body awareness. With teaching yoga he hopes to help guide others into balance and connection.
