In this class we will explore restful positions on the floor, using cushions and blankets to be completely supported. Expect to mindfully hold poses for several mins, allowing passive stretching, release of muscles, and better body alignment, all while being guided through a healing meditation. This class is for all levels: for those who are under stress, recovering from an injury, or just need some relaxation

Stretch & Reflect with Jenn L
Sunday February 19th 5:00-6:15pm

A yin yoga class especially designed for deep tissue release, improve mobility, flexibility and increase blood flow. Poses will be held for 2-5 min and practiced seated on the mat, using props to access them and to accommodate all levels of flexibility. This is a deep slow paced practice that can get you into a peaceful state of relaxation right away with the help of calming breath techniques and guided support. A 15 min savasana meditation will follow ending your practice with a positive, calm and restorative perspective.

Yoga Nidra with Pam

Yoga Nidra is a guided visual meditation. Most practices are done lying down and include several stages to relax the body, mind and emotions. The goal is to move into a state of sleep with trace awareness. All are welcome.
