Stretch & Reflect with Jenn L

A yin yoga class especially designed for deep tissue release, improve mobility, flexibility and increase blood flow. Poses will be held for 2-5 min and practiced seated on the mat, using props to access them and to accommodate all levels of flexibility. This is a deep slow paced practice that can get you into a peaceful state of relaxation right away with the help of calming breath techniques and guided support. A 15 min savasana meditation will follow ending your practice with a positive, calm and restorative perspective.

Open to all levels and stages of pregnancy, this class will include gentle movement, stretching, strengthening, breath work, and relaxation.
All-Levels Yoga with Pam
Mondays & Wednesdays 9:30am
Incorporates pranayama (breath work), movement and meditation, designed to unify the mind and body. Class will incorporate floor work, standing, balance postures and use a variety of props for support. All levels welcome.
