How do I register for a class? Do I need to sign up ahead of time?
You can sign up from our schedule page, or by using the fitDEGREE app.  We highly recommend/request signing up ahead of time to ensure that there is space available, and if in the event that class needs to be cancelled for any reason, you will be notified.  Please arrive at least 5-10 minutes before class starts to check in and get settled- we try to begin classes promptly at the start time.  (If you are running late, you may still come in but please enter quietly as to not disturb the class).  There is no minimum registrations for classes to run, but classes with no registrations 1 hour before start time will be cancelled.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel less than 2 hours before the start time, you will not receive a refund.  If you cancel more than 2 hours before, the class will be returned to your account for future use.  There is a no call/no show fee of $5.  All purchases are final and non-refundable.

What should I wear/bring?
Clothes should be comfortable enough to move and stretch in, but also not too baggy. Yoga is practiced with bare feet; please remove your shoes in the reception area before entering the studio. It is recommended to have your own mat, but we also have some you are welcome to use. We have plenty of other props such as blankets, blocks, straps, and bolsters. It’s a good idea to bring a bottle of water.

“I’ve never done yoga/I’m not very flexible, can I still come to a class?”
YES! Yoga is for anyone and everyone. The only requirement is being able to breathe! We have a variety of classes, some geared more towards beginners, but any class can offer modifications to fit your needs.

How do I cancel/change a membership?
Send an email to info@leominsteryoga.com at least 7 days prior to your renewal date.
