Lengthen & Strengthen with Jenn D
Sundays 10am
A mix of flowing movement, relaxing stretching, and challenging strengthening to get the blood flowing and leave you feeling refreshed.   Open to all levels, with modifications for all abilities.  

Gentle Flow with Jenn D
Saturdays 9:30am
A slower paced flow style class linking breath to movement and incorporating poses and stretching to increase balance and mobility. Open to all levels, with modifications for all abilities.

Strengthen & Flow with Jenn D
Saturdays 8am
A moderately paced flow style class with strengthening and balancing to get the blood flowing and start your day feeling refreshed. 

Flex & Tone Yoga with Marie
Mondays 9:30, Tuesdays 5:30pm

Connect your body, mind and breath with a mix of poses that will stretch and tone.
A choreographed moderate flow that helps you connect with the present, release tension and condition your muscles. All levels are welcome.

Wall Yoga with Marie
Wednesdays 9:30am
Join me to explore the wall as a point of reference for variant parts of your body. Will practice a number of poses for stretching and strengthening. Work with your breath and find alignment and balance.

Power/Cardio Yoga with Marie
Mondays 4pm, Wednesdays 8am
Starting with centering, then breath work, warm up, vinyasa flow and finishing with shavasana.  Link your breath with dynamic and challenging flowing sequences of poses.  Strengthen your muscles and spine, stabilize your core.  Open up your deep tissue muscles, and promote deep rest and relaxation.  

Flexible Spine, Young You with Marie
Mondays 5:30pm

A mix of poses that help the spine move in its complete range of motion for optimal health.
Benefit from bending, twisting, and elongating your spine with spinal movements that you don’t have consistently in your daily life. A strong spine protects your nervous system and allows for its utmost efficiency and longevity. All levels are welcome!!

Yoga for Everyone with Carolyn
Tuesdays 7pm, Wednesdays 5:30pm

This class is designed to help you explore the basic postures used in most active styled yoga class. It will heavily focus on alignment for the beginner and Advanced.

Gentle Stretch with Lisa M
Fridays 9:30am
This is an all levels class, in which gentle postures are held for several minutes to facilitate a deep stretch in the body. This nourishing practice works deeply into the connective tissues and joints of the hips, pelvis and lower spine. It is a great balance for more active forms of movement. Meditation will also be incorporated into this class.

Yoga with Weights with Lisa M
Mondays 7pm
This class will add light free weights (1 – 3 pounds only) to traditional yoga postures. Adding free weights to your practice increases muscle awareness, helps to build stronger bones and boosts flexibility. Class will end with Savasana. All levels are welcome.
*Please bring a small set of hands weights to class.

Slow Flow & Stretch with Lisa M
Tuesdays 9:30am

This is a nourishing, energy balancing yoga class. Gentle, flowing movements, that allow the nervous system to discharge excess energy, are combined with supported Yin postures.   Yin postures are held longer, lengthening muscles and tissues. Savasana and meditation will end class. This is an all-levels class and modifications will be offered.

Reenergize & Revitalize with Tyri
Thursdays 7pm
After a long day, tune in and reconnect with your mind, body and energy. Slow down and let go of the day with intentional meditation. Expand your diaphragm and welcome new energy with a Tummo breathing technique. Finally, challenge yourself with an energizing vinyasa flow. This class is open to all levels.

Mindful Flow with Jaime
Thursdays 9:30am
A Vinyasa style class designed to increase strength, flexibility, endurance, and balance. Connect your breath, mind, and body while relieving stress and improving mental wellbeing. Modifications will be offered and all levels are welcome.

Regulate & Reset with Shannon
Wednesdays 7pm
A mid-week reset to regulate and rest your body and nervous system. Combining elements of Yin, Hatha and Yoga Nidra, this class will focus on regulation of the nervous system through meditation, movement and deep rest to alleviate anxiety, depression, and overall stress. A 30-minute gentle yoga practice will transition into a 30-minute Yoga Nidra practice with a guided meditation focused on trauma-informed mindfulness practices. 

Slow Flow with Lisa T
Thursdays 5:30pm
In this class we will move with breathe while we build strength, balance and flexibility. Creating a moving meditation to help clear the mind. Slower paced to allow attention to alignment. Pose adaptations and use of props encouraged throughout class.

Stretch & Reflect with Jenn L (75 min)
Offered monthly, see schedule
A yin yoga class especially designed for deep tissue release, improve mobility, flexibility and increase blood flow. Poses will be held for 2-5 min and practiced seated on the mat, using props to access them and to accommodate all levels of flexibility. This is a deep slow paced practice that can get you into a peaceful state of relaxation right away with the help of calming breath techniques and guided suppport. A 15 min savasana meditation will follow ending your practice with a positive, calm and restorative perspective.
