Full Moon Yoga with Natalie Friday January 10th, 2020 7pm-8:30pm $20 The full moon is a great opportunity to cast away all that is not serving you in order to start anew with a “clean slate.” By candle (and moon) light, we will do a simple but powerful full moon ritual, a moon salutation asana (movement) sequence, and seal our practice with a hot stone Savasana.
Crystal Bowl Sound Journey with Nina & Michael Vecchi Friday January 17th, 2020 6:30pm $20 Combine the healing release and cleansing of crystal singing bowls along with guided imagery to relax and renew your energies. Crystal singing bowls assist in releasing energies and tension and provide a blissful deep tranquility. Arrive early to settle. Floor props (mats, blankets, bolsters) available, or bring your own.

We begin with gentle floor-based warm ups and then move into supported positions where we spend 5-10 minutes each, in order to allow the body to fully settle into each posture. With our bodies at ease, we are able to tune into our breath for a deeper experience of clarity and intention. We end with an extended final relaxation pose (savasana). No experience necessary. Bolsters, blankets, eye pillows, and blocks will be available, but please feel free to bring your own if you choose.

Mark your calenders… We will be having an open house to celebrate our 1st anniversary on Sunday November 10th from noon to 3pm. It’s hard to believe it’s been almost a year already! We are so thankful for all of our wonderful clients, and hope to share yoga with even more of the Leominster area community. The open house will have free 30 minute mini classes, as well as raffles, class package specials, and food. More details and schedule to come, so keep an eye out for that!

Rise & Shine Yoga with Wendy Wednesdays 6am Begin your day with an energetic, yet mindful, practice to awaken mind and body! Begin with a gentle vinyasa flow to warm up the body, practice poses to release tension, and finish with a meditation to set a positive mindset for the rest of your day. We’ll focus on opening hips, chest, and shoulders while incorporating the energy of the breath.
Yoga For Stress Relief with Linda Thursdays 9:30am Unwind, release tension, and dwell in the perfection of the present moment. Gentle movements melt stress held in the body, guided breathing invokes a relaxation response, and meditation techniques create a simple tool to use anytime, anywhere to address stress in the moment. Perfect for dealing with the everyday stress of daily life. Come experience a practice to replenish your spirit and navigate back to center. All Levels welcome.

Intro To Essential Oils Sunday September 22nd 2pm Come join Jenn and Ashley to learn about what essential oils are and the ways to use them. We will be discussing how you can incorporate oils into your daily life, focusing specifically on Young Living essential oils. This class is free, with an option to make and take home an oil roller for $5 (cash only please).

Reduce Pain with Yoga with Ann-Marie Wednesdays 9:30am A gentle yoga class geared toward relieving pain by bringing alignment to the body. This program can help participants with chronic pain issues. If you have more serious acute pain, please consult with your doctor.
Hatha Yoga with Anita Thursdays 4pm Hatha Yoga with Extended Meditation is a group Hatha yoga class which involves a variety of poses and breathwork. It is gentle enough for a beginner, yet challenging enough for the advanced practitioner. Themed to help you set goals, find your balance, and take action. Individual attention and modifications are given throughout.
This offer is usually only available to new students, but for the month of June only, we’re opening it up to anyone!
So if you came to class previously and have been meaning to come back but have had trouble finding the motivation, now is the time! Come try different classes to see which are the best fit for you.

New Weekly Classes:
Mindful Midday Flow with Noël – Thursdays at noon This practice is designed to help you tune into your body and your breath, your way. We move at a moderate pace, exploring a combination of dynamic movement, longer holds, yogic philosophy, and meditation, balancing the opportunity to increase strength and flexibility with the development of compassionate self-awareness. All levels welcome, with props available and modifications offered to accommodate a wide range of experience levels and abilities. This mid-day class is focused on getting you energized and centering the mind for a productive day.
Yin Yoga with Jenn L – Thursdays at 6:30pm Opposite of yang type yoga( hatha, Iyengar, power) Yin yoga is a slow paced yoga practice in which postures are held anywhere from 2-5 minutes each. Props such as blocks, bolsters and blankets are used to help access certain postures and for extra support. This type of yoga has a deeper meditative approach and its a great way to to connect with the present moment. Some of the great benefits of this practice are: lower levels of anxiety, lower blood pressure, deep tissue release, increased flexibility and calming of the mind. Yin yoga is a wonderful tool to just slow down, observe and appreciate the now. Equanimity Yoga with Wendy – FREE Community Class, Fridays at 5pm for 10 weeks starting March 1st Equanimity is the ability to maintain a sense of calm and composure amidst life’s challenges. It requires strength, balance, and flexibility. Our practice on the yoga mat helps us to cultivate these qualities in body and mind. Using the breath, we will connect mind to muscle in poses that develop strength and balance. We will also explore poses that create space and flexibility through the release of thoughts and beliefs which no longer serve us. Wendy is currently enrolled in teacher training at Frog Pond Yoga. There will be no Yoga Foundations or Tiny Tots on Friday 2/22 and 3/1, but will be back on Friday 3/8!
Through January 31, 2019 you will receive a FREE class if you refer a new client who purchases a 4 or 8 class pass or an unlimited membership. Just tell them to mention that you referred them when they come for their first class, and the class will be added to your account. One free class per referral, limit of 3 free classes per student.
We will be having a different referral program in February, so stay tuned for that!
