New Classes!
Bolster Yoga with Marie
Wednesdays 4pm

Build strength and flexibility using the yoga bolster. A mix of active and restorative poses using a bolster to aid in opening the body, support poses, soften a posture, create relaxation and increase stretching.

Wall Yoga with Marie
Thursdays 9:30am 

Explore the wall as a point of reference for variant parts of your body. Will practice a number of poses for stretching and strengthening. Work with your breath and find alignment and balance.

Yoga for All with Pam
Fridays 8am 

A gentle class focusing on holding postures and linking movement with the breath. The instructor will offer a variety of modifications to encourage participation. We will do sitting, stretching, standing and suggest challenging variations for more advanced students, yet fun and non-intimidating options for newer students. All levels – beginners welcome!

Slow Flow and Restore with Pam
Thursdays 6pm

This class will flow slowly through postures designed to release tensions in the body and mind, slowly and gently. Meditation and Pranayama (breath work) techniques are taught to promote relaxation. Class finishes with some cool down postures to settle the mind, body and soul.

Yoga for Everyone with Carolyn
Tuesdays 7pm (beginnig 10/12/21)

This class is designed to help you explore the basic postures used in most active styled yoga class. It will heavily focused on alignment for the beginner and advanced.

Yoga Flow with Carolyn
Wednesdays 7pm (beginning 10/13/21)

Open to all level of experience and will offer a little challenge. The intention for this class is to be able to express yourself in the practice of yoga and to be comfortable showing up just exactly as you are. This class encourages props and straps.

 All memberships auto renew monthly on date of purchase.  30 days’ notice required to cancel.  Unused classes do not roll over to next month.   Members may purchase additional classes at $10/class and receive 10% off retail and workshops/events.

Because of limited space, and to limit contact, signing up and paying for class ahead of time is required.  If you sign up for class and are not able to make it, please cancel through MindBody or let us know in case we have others who would like that spot.  No shows and those that cancel less than 2 hours before class begins will be charged for that class.
